By accessing Lathe Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Lathe Studio is a test management platform. We may add, remove, or modify features over time. We aim for 99.9% uptime but make no specific guarantees outside of explicit service-level agreements.

Pricing is shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Lathe Studio is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may not: violate any law; infringe IP rights; transmit malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access; use the service to send spam or harassment; or reverse-engineer the platform.
